I started playing as a youth, found a love for the game and all the excitement that came with it. I can remember, as a young man playing ball with what seemed like every day in the North East and when winter would come around, I could not wait until Spring to arrive. I played High School ball in Carmel, NY as a Pitcher and shortstop. When I
graduated High school, I played at Mercy College in NY as a pitcher and also Center Field. After college I played and coached amateur baseball with ARBL, MABL & MSBL for 17 years.
I believe in teaching the fundamentals of the game with an emphasis on small ball (bunting/moving runners-up). My specialty is in developing pitchers and catchers while working to improve overall knowledge of the game.
I have had the opportunity to coach with some of the top travel ball organizations in the State of Georgia. Today you will find me on the fields coaching 16U travel ball with The Red Stitches organization in Northern Georgia. I am a father of 3 (Cassidy 22, Amanda 20 and Dylan 16) and married to my wife Patty for 23 years. I have been asked by My Game Is On to contribute to Americas favorite pastime and impact our future ball players on and off the field.
